Thoughts for the Week

So, Easter was over 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't written anything about the weeks leading up to, or the actual day. I think I managed to post some pictures on facebook, which was a miracle in itself. I have been working like crazy, started a weight-loss journey/lifestyle change, Hunnie & I have joined a Young Adult group (apparently we meet the qualifications) at church, the Bubbs started soccer, and BabyGirl has been fighting recurring Ear Infections. Plus, I've also been trying to keep up with household chores and find a little bit of time for a social life. I think I'm doing ok at the doggy paddle right now.. if only i could start the butterfly stroke.  But hey, at least I'm not drowning!

Assignments in Life

I 'found' this yesterday & felt it fitting to how I have been feelingMy assignments are ever-changing, and that can be confusing, even frustrating at times, for task-oriented folks like myself.  I wanted to have my Easter post up RIGHT after Easter, but LIFE got in the way.  In these last 3 weeks, I have been rearing children, caring for people (including myself), trying to do my job in the most excellent way possible, supporting friends through their difficult assignments, and more.  This week, and moving forward, I shall move on with enthusiasm and enjoy seeing what God has prepared me for.

Easter Explosion

BabyGirl gave her approval as soon as I brought it in.

She gave me some ideas about where it should go.

But I think as long as it is under her, she won't care.
